BUSINESS POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Business Policies and Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases, services, transactions, and interactions with Forever Sisters (“Forever Sisters,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By placing an order, making a payment, purchasing through our website, or otherwise doing business with Forever Sisters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information, including product type, texture, length, quantity, shipping address, delivery information, and contact information before completing a purchase.
Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
Forever Sisters reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment disputes, pricing errors, inventory issues, abusive conduct, or violations of these Terms. If Forever Sisters cancels a paid order before fulfillment, any refund legally due will be returned to the original payment method.
2. DEPOSITS
When a deposit is permitted for an order, a 10% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the order.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon deadline. For scheduled delivery orders, the remaining balance is generally due no later than the day before delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Same-day orders must be paid in full before the agreed delivery or pickup time.
A non-refundable deposit will not be returned when a customer cancels an order, fails to complete payment, or otherwise fails to proceed with the transaction, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. ORDER CHANGES
Customers should notify Forever Sisters of requested changes as soon as possible. Requested changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, preparation, shipment, or delivery.
For arrangements made directly with Forever Sisters, requested changes should generally be communicated within 48 hours of the original agreement.
Additional charges may apply if a requested modification changes the cost of the merchandise, shipping, preparation, or delivery.
4. SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Forever Sisters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates unless Forever Sisters expressly guarantees a date in writing.
Customers should promptly contact Forever Sisters if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
5. LOCAL & HANDS-ON DELIVERY
Local or hands-on delivery may be offered in select locations based on availability.
Customers must be available at the agreed location and time. Additional delivery charges may apply if a customer provides an incorrect address, changes the delivery location after dispatch, or requires an additional delivery attempt.
Delivery availability, geographic coverage, fees, and scheduling requirements may change based on staffing, distance, inventory, weather, and other operational circumstances.
6. RETURNS
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt unless the item is designated as final sale or is otherwise ineligible for return.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must generally:
● Be unused and unworn;
● Remain in its original condition and packaging;
● Have no alterations, cuts, coloring, bleaching, dye, chemicals, or other modifications;
● Have uncut and unaltered lace, when applicable; and
● Include any original security seals or protective packaging.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, worn, installed, altered, or used hair products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the merchandise is confirmed to be defective.
Forever Sisters reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund or exchange.
7. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers should notify Forever Sisters within 2 days of delivery if they believe they received an incorrect or defective product.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging, order information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to investigate the issue.
If Forever Sisters confirms that an item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled, Forever Sisters may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
When a replacement is approved, the original merchandise may be required to be returned before the replacement is released.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
8. REFUNDS
Approved refunds are generally processed within 6–8 business days by Forever Sisters. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time before funds appear in the customer’s account.
Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping, delivery, processing, and other fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled. The customer may instead request a return after delivery if the merchandise qualifies under the Return Policy.
9. FINAL SALE & HYGIENE PROTECTION
Certain merchandise may be designated FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.
Products that have been installed, worn, cut, colored, chemically processed, altered, washed, or otherwise used may be considered ineligible for return because Forever Sisters cannot verify their condition or safely resell them.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights a customer may have regarding defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise under applicable law.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Forever Sisters first if they believe there is an error with an order or payment so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Forever Sisters reserves the right to provide transaction records, invoices, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, photographs, signed agreements, and other relevant documentation to banks and payment processors when responding to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent payment activity may result in cancellation of pending orders and refusal of future transactions where permitted by law.
11. PROMOTIONAL CODES, SALES & DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
● Discounts cannot be combined;
● Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively;
● Discounts have no cash value;
● Promotional offers may exclude certain products or services; and
● Forever Sisters may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error, subject to applicable law.
12. LOYALTY PROGRAM
Participation in any Forever Sisters loyalty or rewards program is subject to the applicable program rules.
Points, rewards, promotional gifts, or discounts have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.
Forever Sisters may modify, suspend, or discontinue a loyalty program, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to participating customers.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity may result in forfeiture of improperly obtained rewards.
13. PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Because hair is a physical product and certain products may contain natural variations, slight differences in texture, wave pattern, curl pattern, shade, appearance, or other characteristics may occur.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.
Reasonable natural variations alone do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
14. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions for purchased products.
Forever Sisters is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, improper chemical processing, incorrect coloring or bleaching, improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, or alterations performed after delivery, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Forever Sisters name, logos, branded graphics, original photographs, videos, written content, promotional materials, packaging designs, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Forever Sisters and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No person or business may reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, impersonate, or commercially use Forever Sisters intellectual property without authorization.
Purchasing a Forever Sisters product does not grant permission to represent yourself as Forever Sisters or as an authorized representative of the Company.
16. RESELLING & BRAND REPRESENTATION
Any person specifically authorized by Forever Sisters to resell merchandise must comply with the applicable written reseller, ambassador, wholesale, or promotional agreement.
Authorization to resell Forever Sisters merchandise does not automatically authorize a reseller to rebrand, relabel, or represent Forever Sisters merchandise as another company’s product.
17. FRAUD & ABUSE
Forever Sisters reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, restrict future purchases, or take other lawful action when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, theft, threats, harassment, intentional misuse of Company policies, unauthorized payment activity, or other unlawful conduct.
Nothing in this provision permits discrimination or refusal of service for a reason prohibited by applicable law.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forever Sisters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of its products or from circumstances reasonably outside its control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. PRIVACY
Customer information will be collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any separate Privacy Policy published by Forever Sisters.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors and e-commerce providers. Forever Sisters does not necessarily directly store complete payment-card information.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Forever Sisters may use third-party platforms for website hosting, payments, shipping, communications, loyalty programs, mobile applications, or other services.
Those third parties may maintain separate terms and privacy practices. Forever Sisters is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
21. POLICY UPDATES
Forever Sisters may revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or business changes.
The version in effect at the time of a transaction will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply by law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
